• We have signed agreements with all of our sub-contractors to clean up after themselves each day with a complete cleanup after the completion of their portion of the work.
• We have requirements that no mud to be tracked from the site "or" the driveway into the street.  This means that we will have a stone and gravel driveway of at least 16 feet wide to a depth of 4 inches layed down before construction.
• A side benefit of this courtesy to your neighbors is an excellent foundation for the final concrete driveway.
